mounts to the Foremost Picatinny slot replacing the existing charging handle, 
turning your rifle into a side charger.  

No Machining.  No modifications.  
The Hard Charger mounting option leaves available mounting rail space to rear 
for Optics and Back Up Sights.  The HC allows plenty of room for the mounting 
of most optics, mounts, and sights.
